Chairman - Dennison R. Indang, ADK, BK

A Chemical Engineering Graduate from the University Of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, Dennison is an enterprising and hands-on entrepreneur involved in a variety of successful start-ups and always on the lookout for opportunities. His current roles are as Vice President of the Kadazandusun Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the president of Persatuan Penanam dan Pengusaha Lada Hitam Sabah. His current business ventures involve construction and agriculture. Previously he held the Board of Director post for the Malaysian Pepper Board from 2017-2021.

Secretary - Patrick Epin

Mr. Patrick Epin has a background as a Chartered Accountant. He has experience working in Sawit Kinabalu Sdn. Bhd. And KKIP Sdn. Bhd. as an accountant. He is currently a Licensed Company Secretary.

Treasurer - Benjamin Taine Malanjang

Mr Benjamin Taine is a chartered accountant and has a wealth of experience working as an accountant in the hotel industry, forestry plantation and fund management in the biodiversity industry. He is currently an accountant and director at a multinational company in the health and wellness industry.
